We breed our own stock, a mixture of Texel, Suffolk and Cheviot sheep. These breeds are ideal for their eating quality, as they produce lean and tender cuts with a deep, natural flavour.

We like to keep the stock numbers small to ensure their health and welfare is paramount at all times.

All our lambs are slaughtered, hung and butchered on our own premises in Dunlavin. As a result, we have complete control and traceability over our product.
