Happy EasterEaster is just around the corner, with Easter Sunday falling on the 27th March this year.

Now is the time to start thinking about what to serve family and friends over the Easter weekend.  Spring Lamb being a popular choice.

There are plenty of other options though – what about Rack of Lamb or why not order a Turkey if you prefer. We would also recommend a delicious Roast Loin of Pork with all that wonderful crackling and of course, there is always our superb Roast Rib of Beef – very hard to beat for Sunday lunch at any time.

All of the above would go really well with some Dauphinoise potatoes and fresh spring greens.
