Abbatoir Services

Pork ChopsWe offer abattoir services for farmers who have reared their own pigs, lambs and cattle. We will take in your animal and slaughter and butcher it to your requirements in a calm atmosphere.  Animals are slaughtered individually, which minimises any stress for the animal, and ultimately improves the quality of the end product. As only one animal is slaughtered at any time this makes everything calm and relaxed for everyone.

Beef – €1 per kg. Minimum charge of €250.
Lamb – €35 per head.
Pigs – €100 per head. Sausages Made and Packed €3 per kilo.
Backs or Bellies Sliced for Rashers €5.00 each
