Doyle’s Butchers is a a family owned and operated farm, abbatoir and butcher shop, based in the town of Dunlavin, in West Wicklow.
We specialise in producing top quality beef, lamb and pork from our own Bord Bia quality assured farm. We run our farm, adhering to the highest environmental standards, with little in the way of artificial fertilisers or sprays. The farm is stocked in a low density manner to guarantee the best welfare standards. We finish our cattle and lamb exclusively on a grass based diet which ensures the resulting meat has excellent cooking and eating qualities.
Our “field to fork” approach means we have hands on involvement and control in every stage of production. As a result, we believe our meat is of premium quality. And because we are the primary producers, we can offer this quality to our customers at an affordable price.
We also take pride in sourcing other local produce from farms, dairies and artisan makers to bring our customers the unique taste of Irish food at its best.
